Tragically Herb was killed in a motor vehicle accident.                     
He is survived by his children, Carl and Carla Ulrich and sister, Waltraud Pellissier

Funeral Service will be held Dec 22, 2011 at the Catholic Church in Slave Lake, AB at 1:30 pm.
