Hugo Rohne

                           Hugo Rohne November 19, 1929 March19,2011.                                   Hugo passed away peacefully on Saturday, March 19, 2011 at City Hospital in Saskatoon, at the age of 81 years. Hugo is survived by his wife Doris and family; his son Duane (Christine); grandchildren, Amanda, Daniel, Thomas. Hugo was born in Hann Muenden Germany and came as a young Lad to Canada and was working at various mines. Uranium City (1963 - 1983) got to be his second home away from home. He was predeceased by his parents; his first wife Maria. He leaves behind many friends of Uranium City and of Saskatoon. He enjoyed going to Fort Smith for a visit once every year. He loved the North, he always said, that it is God's Country. He also enjoyed going to Folkest. Hugo enjoyed his favorite beverage, beer, as well, he enjoyed watching his sports. He played soccer years ago in Sudbury. We would also like to thank the staff on the 6th floor at RUH for all their support and care, also to the staff on the 6th floor at City Hospital for their support and care. Also, a big thank you to the Saskatoon Funeral Home for their guiding help and support. Thank you to the Senior's club at Saskatoon Tower for their support and all other friends. At Hugo's request there will not be a funeral service.
